I hope city tax dollars are NOT being spent on this crap. We don't even have sidewalks to get around safely in our neighborhood. Seniors are taxed to death and drive over potholes so that assholes can play in the sand. Maybe a new mayor would have a different view.

The Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival is produced by the Sunsets at Pier 60 Daily Festival, a volunteer based, not-for-profit organization that provides free family oriented entertainment year round on Clearwater Beach for over twenty years.
