    That's the E shape i believe not the G shape of the A major and A minor!

    Fantastic lesson. As an improving beginner, I’m able to follow the “theory” you’ve presented. I just wish my scales didn’t sound so mechanical. I’m not at the point where they’re fluid and melodic.

    ….and playing the Am position is like then playing in C major…. hehehe …. and if you play A major position is like playing F#m position…. hehehehe
