The best thing about dating a homeless chick is that you can just drop them off anywhere.

I’m tired of being harassed every time I get to a intersection.
Cops can see them getting close to your window and they ignore it.

Panhandling is a free market activity. You ask, and they have the freedom to give you something or say no. No reason to disallow it

Its more of a safety issue as well. Standing on the somewhat thin median is a risk of a driver crashing or making a safety maneuver to avoid a deadly accident. They would be better on the sidewalks of an intersection. Also, distracting the drivers is another safety issue and is more likely to cause an accident. The role of a driver is to pay attention to the road at all times. The homeless need to be put back in the payment program and stay off the dangerous streets.

A lot of these people actually have the ability to do work. In some cases they make more than people on minimum wage too. Its definetly good to give to the needy but people have ended up abusing the system for free handouts. Homeless people want money so put them to work like the rest of us. We all have our struggles but the second we think this system of begging at intersections is okay is the second we make it normally okay for handouts. If you want money, there are jobs for you to earn it, so work for your money and let people donate to people who actually need it. Getting rid of this new panhandling law is another step to make people more independent and stable. It also would lower their use of alcohol and drugs. Keller social health programs and rehabilitation homeless shelter should be one of our major priorities so we can rehabilitate these people and make them contributive members of society.
